1. What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to deliver the service:

  • Your mobile number — to create and verify your account with a WhatsApp code.
  • Name and email — to issue your invoice and contact you about your order.
  • Your order details: services, add-ons and amounts.
  • The IP address of contact form submissions — for flood protection only.

We never receive or store your card details. Payment happens entirely at our payment platform.

2. Why we use it

To deliver your order, issue your invoice, contact you about the service, and meet our legal bookkeeping obligations. We do not use your data for marketing without your permission.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell or share your data, except as strictly needed with:

  • The payment platform — to issue the invoice and complete the transaction.
  • The WhatsApp messaging provider — to send the verification code to your number.
  • Official authorities upon a lawful request.

4. Retention

Verification codes are deleted within thirty days. Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax regulations. Everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion where that does not conflict with our legal obligations. Requests are handled within a reasonable time after we verify your identity.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: to keep your cart, your sign-in session, and to protect forms against forgery. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
