Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the Nawa Tech website and any service ordered through it. By using the site or completing an order, you agree to them.

2. Services and pricing

Every service shows its description, price and delivery time before you order. Prices shown are final and include value added tax.

We may change prices or withdraw a service at any time. Changes never apply to an order already paid: it is delivered at the price and scope agreed at payment.

3. Payment and invoicing

Payment is made through a secure payment link issued by our payment platform. We never receive or store your card details on our systems.

A tax invoice is issued electronically once payment completes.

4. Delivery

The published delivery time starts when payment completes and we have received the materials we need from you (text, images, access credentials and similar). Late materials delay delivery by the same amount.

We contact you within one business day of order confirmation to begin work.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel and receive a full refund as long as work has not started. Once work has begun, the completed portion is deducted and the remainder refunded.

Services purchased from a third party in your name — domains and hosting licences — are not refundable once activated, because they are paid to another party immediately.

6. Ownership

Once payment completes, ownership of the delivered output transfers to you: designs, files, content and any domain registered in your name. We retain ownership of our internal generic tools and components used across projects.

7. Limitation of liability

We work to deliver a correct and stable service. We are not liable for indirect damages or for outages of third-party services outside our control (hosting providers, payment gateways, messaging providers).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute is heard before its competent judicial authorities.
